Speaker Night – The Art and Soul of Fine Art Photography

The event was held on February 5, 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Session Description:

Immerse yourself in the evocative world of Fine Art Photography, where vision and emotion converge to create timeless images. This session delves into how photographers transform moments, concepts, and feelings into works of art that transcend mere representation.

Our guest speaker Sonia Goydenko will discuss the philosophy and ideas behind fine art photography, and through a conversation about aesthetics and visual language, will introduce us to several influential photographers in this genre.

In addition, Lawrence Monkhouse, one of our valued members, will deliver a short presentation on The History of Colour Printing, adding an insightful historical perspective to the program.

We look forward to an inspiring and informative evening and hope you will join us.
